Quality Specialist We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join ABB’s Electrification Distribution Solutions business in San Luis Potosí. In this role, you will support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams to exceed customer expectations and ensure sustainable operations. You will help achieve a balance of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root‑cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions. You’ll collaborate with local functions that impact quality results to reach targets and aim for world‑class performance. Your Role & Responsibilities Support communication relevant to quality management in your area of responsibility. Assist in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization. Use quality data analytics to follow up on non‑conformances. Maintain the Quality System Management (updates and changes) and create process maps. Support internal and external audits and trainings related to the Quality System. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 1‑2 years of experience in a Quality Management System within the manufacturing industry. Mid‑advanced Excel (macro creation preferred) and MS Office proficiency. Applied knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (internal audit certification preferred). Advanced English proficiency. Experience supporting certification processes in manufacturing plants and experience with LPA (preferred). Benefits Dental insurance. Flex days. Employee Assistance Program (PAE).
