Production and Maintenance Manager - Electronics Manufacturing Services - GuadalajaraGuadalajara – Full-time – 100K MXN gross (73K MXN after tax).About the companyOur client is a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, specializing in high-precision electronic assemblies for automotive, industrial and consumer markets. The company operates in a demanding international environment, focusing on quality, operational excellence, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, while complying with the highest safety and environmental standards.ResponsibilitiesThe Production and Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating production and maintenance operations in line with the company’s strategy and Group guidelines. The role ensures the achievement of operational objectives related to safety, quality, cost, delivery and sustainability.Define and implement production and maintenance strategies aligned with corporate and plant objectives.Lead and manage production and maintenance teams, including supervisors and technicians (performance management, development, discipline and leave management).Ensure achievement of production targets, delivery commitments and operational efficiency.Build, propose and monitor the production and maintenance budget.Deploy and enforce safety, ergonomics, environmental and quality policies across operations.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (productivity, scrap, efficiency).Promote and support QRQC methodology and Industry 4.0 initiatives.Validate production planning changes based on short-, mid- and long-term workload analysis.Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and internal requirements, including traceability and special product characteristics.Act as a key interface with customers, auditors and suppliers.Guarantee a strong safety culture and environmental responsibility within the teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in production environments, preferably within EMS or automotive manufacturing.Strong experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.Solid knowledge of production, maintenance and continuous improvement processes.Knowledge of automotive quality processes; experience with different OEM platforms is a plus.IPC-A-610 knowledge.Experience as an internal or external quality auditor is considered an asset.Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.Fluent English, written and spoken.Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Benefits100K MXN gross monthly (approximately 73K MXN net).Health insurance.High benefits according to company policy.Opportunity to work in a multinational EMS environment with strong operational excellence and continuous improvement culture.
