Where you will work: On Site- Planta AST 2, Tijuana What you’ll do: Supporting the IT Organization in assuring the quality of IT standard processes and procedures. Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Liaising with internal teams (e.g., IT system architects and Service Owners) to identify system requirements. Working with operational teams to establish IT support processes, standards, systems, and procedures. Investigating the causes of non-conforming IT operations and taking corrective actions. Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing IT services to meet customer needs. Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. What is required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management or related fields More than 5 years of working experience in the IT area. Advanced English: Spoken, Written & Reading. Core tools knowledge is a plus. Certifications in ITIL foundation and COBIT are a plus.
