Consolidate evaluation feedback by coordinating debrief sessions to facilitate final hiring decisions. Recruit for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership positions. Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies across digital platforms and professional networks. Build strong talent pools and maintain active engagement with potential candidates. Evaluate psychometric assessments and provide actionable insights for hiring decisions. Support HR initiatives and contribute to refining recruitment and processes. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, handling multiple roles simultaneously. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.
