This is your chance At Resort Global Network, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the recruitment process for key positions, primarily in sales, focusing on the vacation club and tourism sector.Job Description:As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best talent to join our growing sales team and other key areas of the company. We are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and strategic in helping us expand our team with highly qualified professionals to drive our success in the tourism and vacation club industry.Responsibilities:Lead the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening resumes, interviews, candidate evaluation, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure we capture the best talent in the market.Build and manage recruitment pipelines, including job fairs, online platforms, and university outreach.Evaluate and select candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaborate closely with team leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment of ideal candidates.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process.Comply with company recruitment policies and legal requirements.Requirements:Essential: Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken) to interact with international candidates.Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably for sales positions or related to the tourism industry.Strong knowledge of talent attraction strategies, selection processes, and competency-based interviews.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, meeting recruitment deadlines.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Experience with online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Computrabajo, Indeed, etc.) and candidate database management.Benefits of working at Resort Global Network:Free on-site meals for employees.Gym and sports academy memberships to support a healthy lifestyle.Partnerships with universities for academic and professional growth.Entertainment activitiesAccess to parks, tours, and hotels with special rates.Opportunities for professional growth within a leading company in the tourism industry.A dynamic and multicultural work environment at the Corporate Center in Cancún.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week.Why Join Us?At Resort Global Network, we value talent and believe in the power of teamwork.
