What you’ll do The Lead, Visual Merchandising will develop and execute Mexico product presentation strategies that elevate the brand, drive store traffic, and grow market share across our retail formats. This regional role partners with Merchandising, Product, and Operations teams, and serves as a key partner in creating seasonal retail experiences that inspire, enable, and scale across the store fleet. Partner with Regional Merchandising, Product, and Operations to deliver a compelling product presentation vision across the fleet using floor layouts, VM renders, and in‑store execution. Lead and grow the Visual Merchandising team, coaching and developing field leadership to foster a culture of creativity and excellence. Own the end‑to‑end Visual Merchandising program, ensuring vision, tools, and standards are fully executed in market through a teaching‑first approach. Collaborate with Store Design on new stores to build recommended layouts following our ideal store principles. Uphold and evolve Visual Merchandising standards, providing store teams with tools, strategies, and guidance for consistent execution and brand alignment. Coordinate with North America Visual Merchandising and Styling to align on seasonal priorities and campaign execution. Partner with Global Visual Merchandising and Styling to integrate regional insights into global strategies. Deliver weekly and monthly product presentation directives and mannequin styling guidance based on inventory, trend insights, and strategic shifts. Work closely with the North America In‑Store Marketing team to bring brand campaigns to life across the fleet, ensuring a cohesive guest experience. Expertly innovate in Visual Merchandising, continuously pushing how products are presented within the Mexico fleet. Fine Print Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or visual communications (preferred). 5‑10 years of experience in visual merchandising, merchandising, or a buying role. 2‑5 years of experience leading people. Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple functions at all levels. Creative thinker who recommends innovative solutions. Retail experience; apparel experience preferred.
