Job Function : FinanceJob Sub Function :Finance Business PartnersJob Category : ProfessionalAll Job Posting Locations :Mexico City, MexicoFueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we're developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.We are searching for the best talent for Senior Finance Analyst , located in Mexico City.PurposeResponsibilities include reviewing and providing on an accurate and timely basis, financial and business analysis, supporting the business through the generation of financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations, acting as a key enabler to drive business decisions.You will be responsible forReview activities associated with the annual business planning process, quarterly updates and advise managementPrepare analysis used to monitor, forecast and report rate of return, working capital, investments, and financial comparisonsProvide leadership among teams, presentations to finance and functional senior managementEnsure personal and company compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliancePrepare monthly closings to assure fair presentation of operating results by monitoring expense commitmentsChallenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial conceptsSupport the closing process for MedTech Mexico, ensuring detailed variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods.Provide business insights behind financial performance, redefining results into actionable insights for commercial and functional leaders.Ensure accurate reporting in Anaplan, AFO and BRAVO systems.Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and other careers relatedEncouraged to have 4 Years of relevant work experience in FinanceFluent in both Spanish and EnglishSkills & RequirementsPossess strong business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbersOutstanding analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely mannerIdentify and articulate ways to pursue and manage informed risks in ambiguous or uncertain situations based on sound value propositionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams and form relationshipsProficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.Dynamic teammate who is resourceful and inventiveCuriosity, ability to learn and attention to detailProven integrity and professionalismUse of Power BI is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
