Overview Remote position. Creative and detail‑oriented Reel Specialist needed to produce high‑quality engaging Reels at scale. Responsibilities Create bulk Reels optimized for Instagram and other short‑form video platforms. Design and edit video content using Canva with a keen eye for layout transitions and visual storytelling. Stay up‑to‑date with current social media trends, sounds, and formats to ensure relevancy and engagement. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align Reels with brand messaging and campaign goals. Manage and organize a high volume of video assets to ensure efficiency and timely delivery. Maintain consistent quality and creativity across all Reels. Requirements Proven experience creating Reels or short‑form video content, especially in bulk. Expert‑level proficiency in Canva (video editing and design). Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling. Benefits Basic understanding of other video editing tools (e.g. Canva). Experience in social media content strategy or influencer marketing. Familiarity with analytics to understand what content performs best.
