The Role We are seeking a results-oriented PPC Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on management of our Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive qualified traffic, increase online sales, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) to fuel e-commerce revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, Search) and/or Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). E-commerce Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for e-commerce KPIs, including bid management, budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing of ad copy and creative. Audience & Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth audience analysis and keyword research to identify new opportunities and refine targeting for transactional intent. Ad Creative: Write compelling, product-focused ad copy and collaborate with design teams to develop high-converting creative assets. Tracking & Reporting: Implement and manage e-commerce conversion tracking (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to ensure accurate sales and revenue data collection. Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights focused on ROAS and revenue growth in regular reports. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and pacing to meet revenue targets. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that directly drive e-commerce sales. Deep expertise in EITHER Google Ads OR Meta Ads is required. Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, bidding strategies, and ad formats (especially Google Shopping/P-Max and Meta DPA). Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make decisions that impact revenue. Strong written communication skills for crafting high-converting ad copy. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): Experience in BOTH Google Ads and Meta Ads is a significant advantage. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification. Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads). Experience with Google Tag Manager and e-commerce feed management.
