Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Capado Release Manager to lead and oversee deployment processes, version control, and release management within a dynamic Salesforce environment for our client. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless deployment processes. Manage and configure Capado release pipelines, automating deployments and optimizing workflows. Oversee the use of Git and other version control tools within Capado for Salesforce applications. Maintain multiple Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, and Production), ensuring readiness for releases. Work closely with developers, QA testers, business analysts, and admins to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Identify and mitigate release risks, troubleshooting deployment issues swiftly. Create and maintain release notes, deployment plans, and technical documentation. Identify opportunities to improve the release process, including automation and best practices. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Salesforce release management. Hands-on experience with Capado for managing CI / CD pipelines and deployments. Experience with Git or other version control systems. Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer I certification (nice to have). Skills Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment tools. Preferred Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices. Familiarity with other DevOps tools (Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
