Role Summary Important: This is a 1 year long contract role with Brainlabs. The Retail Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing advertising campaigns within retail media platforms. The primary goal is to maximise brand visibility and performance within the retailers’ digital ecosystem, ensuring a strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives. Success in this role requires excellent time management, creativity, a keen interest in cost‑efficient campaigns, critical thinking and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute advertising campaigns on retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Mercado Ads, Uber Ads, Rappi Ads among others). Coordinate with internal and external teams (brands, agencies, retailers) to develop effective retail media strategies. Monitor campaign performance through key KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversions, impressions) and make strategic adjustments. Direct optimisations of budgets and bidding strategies on programmatic and self‑service platforms. Analyse data and generate performance reports to identify improvement opportunities. Stay updated on trends in retail media, digital advertising and emerging technologies. Ensure compliance with retailer guidelines and advertising best practices. Build long‑term relationships with agencies and retailers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication or a related field. At least 2 years experience in retail media, digital marketing and/or online advertising (budget campaigns monitoring). Knowledge of retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Mercado Ads and others. Ability to analyse metrics and make data‑driven decisions. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, advanced Excel, DSP platforms and advertising consoles (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart Connect). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in budget management: allocation, monitoring and distribution.
