If you’re passionate about finance, innovation, and making an impact, we want you on our team. How You’ll Make an Impact Deliver financial consulting and coaching to business leaders. Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and alternative scenarios. Ensure smooth, timely, and efficient service delivery across processes. Monitor team performance and drive resolution of open issues. Oversee system-related process activities and maintain global standards. Collaborate effectively with process leads and stakeholders. Support improvements in processes and team setup. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including 2+ years in service delivery environments. Strong understanding of processes and IT systems (ERP, planning, reporting tools). Proficient in MS Office and integrated solutions. Experience with SG&A functions, IS allocations, and monthly reporting. Fluent in English and local language.
