INTERCON SOLICITA TU TALENTO COMO EJECUTIVO DE CUENTAS CLAVE BILINGUE Responsabilidades Atención directa y estratégica a clientes clave (visitas, juntas y seguimiento) Análisis de KPIs operativos (rotación, cobertura e indicadores de servicio) Elaboración de reportes ejecutivos y planes de acción Negociación y seguimiento a renovaciones de servicio Coordinación con Operaciones, RRHH y Administración Identificación de oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento Requisitos Inglés intermedio–avanzado (reuniones y presentaciones en inglés) 2+ años en atención a cuentas clave, servicio al cliente corporativo o gestión comercial Excel intermedio y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos Habilidades de negociación y manejo de clientes complejos Licenciatura concluida (Administración, Comercial o afín) Competencias clave Orientación al cliente Planeación y análisis Gestión y seguimiento Ofrecemos Sueldo bruto mensual: $37,000 Contratación directa Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 5:30 Nos ubicamos muy cerca de la Torre de Pemex.
