Job Title: Software Development Specialist Location: TechM Mex, Mexicocity Years of Experience: 5-7 years Job Summary PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced functional consultant specializing in SAP PP PI (Production Planning for Process Industries), REM (Repetitive Manufacturing), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Quality Management, and Archiving. The consultant will be responsible for the documentation, timeline management, deployment, and hyper‑care of features released, adhering to PepsiCo's methodologies and governance practices. The role requires effective communication in spoken and written English and may be located in any country within the LATAM region. Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements to design and implement SAP PP / QM solutions that meet client needs. Develop and deliver training programs for end users to ensure successful adoption of SAP PP / QM. Conduct business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize production planning process improvements. Develop and maintain documentation of SAP PP / QM configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP PP / QM systems. Perform testing, configuration, implementation, and hyper‑care of the solutions. Analyze and prepare objects for archiving. Lead and participate in S / 4 implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing functional expertise in S / 4. Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet client needs and enhance operations. Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of successful S / 4 implementations. Functional expertise in SAP PP PI, REM, MRP, QM, and Archiving.
