Master Data Specialist – Queretaro Schneider Electric seeks a Master Data Specialist for our Queretaro location. Responsibilities Ensure the quality of data controlled by site Information Systems (ERP, MES, WMS): integrity, compatibility and consistency. Manage and animate a network of data owners and processes to improve data quality with appropriate indicators. Initialize material info records and Engineering Change Notification Process (Plant, DC, LAC included). Coordinate tasks between actors managing product evolutions (OCP: Offer Creation Process) and components, change request flows (Plant, DC, LAC included). Archive and remove data corresponding to the product life cycle. Define rules to manage master databases according to global and/or regional guidelines. Build, manage and communicate indicators for efficient data quality (e.g., DQR: Data Quality Report, Datascan). Support data owners, maintain user skills, train newcomers on systems to fulfill their role. Functionally animate the Data Owners on data topics. Can also be Data Owner and/or Key‑User. Qualifications Capacity for problem analysis and synthesis. Proficiency in Excel. Manufacturing background experience. SAP experience mandatory. Intercultural skills, team spirit, result oriented. High capacity for communication and training of production schedulers. English intermediate-advanced.
