Purpose of the JobThe Creative Producer is responsible for managing the creative process from ideation to execution, working closely with the Creative Director, Design Managers, and Production team to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the creative process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as a solid part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Creative producer will oversee the management of Print & Digital Assets (NPI and Bespoke Digital Projects)Oversee the management of Retail Fixtures, Planograms, kitting listsDefining production requirements & maintaining master production manifestMain liaison between all client POC’s, External Agencies and teams to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativityBrief Intake of Retail FixturesDevelop and manage budgets for creative projectsManage the timeline for creative projectsMaintain Project dashboard with current project statusCommunicate with internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are metPOC for all Creative deck reviews for all stakeholders involvedStay up-to-date on current trends in the creative industryKnowledge, Skills + Experience4+ years of experience in creative operations or productionFluent in both MX Spanish and EnglishStrong understanding of the creative processEnsure teams consider customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in every decisionHave a keen eye for design, always push for innovation and highlight the magic of the productsProficiency in Google WorkspaceProficiency using a project management toolStrong project management skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressureProactively identify, communicate and manage risksExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to drive the projects forward
