Overview Business Intelligence Specialist – Collections (BPO) $26,000 mensuales + prestaciones superioresZona WTC – Ciudad de MéxicoModalidad: 100% presencial Estamos buscando un Business Intelligence Specialist para unirse al equipo de Collections, dando soporte analítico a la operación con agencias externas (BPOs). La posición se enfoca en transformar datos operativos y financieros en insights accionables que mejoren la recuperación, eficiencia y toma de decisiones. Responsabilidades Medir la efectividad y desempeño de las agencias externas de cobranza. Analizar métricos operativos: attendance, adherencia, intentos de llamada, cuentas trabajadas, montos y comportamiento de pago. Diseñar, actualizar y automatizar reportes ejecutivos, operativos y tácticos. Elaborar dashboards e indicadores clave en herramientas de visualización. Proveer análisis descriptivo para explicar resultados y variaciones en la operación. Apoyar en el diseño y cálculo de incentivos y bonos para BPOs. Mantener y optimizar bases de datos relacionadas con la gestión de cobranza. Asegurar la calidad, integridad y consistencia de la información. Requisitos 1 a 3 años de experiencia en análisis dentro de Collections, Banca, Fintech, BPO o Call Center. Dominio de Excel avanzado. Conocimientos sólidos de SQL (indispensable). Experiencia con dashboards (Power BI, Tableau o similares). Inglés de lectura nivel básico – intermedio (A2–B1). Pensamiento analítico, tolerancia a la frustración y capacidad para trabajar en procesos dinámicos. Formación deseable: Ingenierías o perfiles numéricos. Se consideran perfiles junior con fuerte potencial analítico. Prestaciones y condiciones Sueldo base mensual: $26,000 (según experiencia). Prestaciones superiores: Vales de despensa: $1,200 Apoyo de movilidad: $1,600 Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores Seguro de Vida 12 días de vacaciones + 50% prima vacacional 30 días de aguinaldo Bono anual equivalente a 1 mes Jornada: Lunes a viernes (40 horas semanales).
