FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN Empresa global enfocada en el diseño y fabricación de sensores industriales ubicada en Silao, Gto. Empresa busca Ingeniero de Servicio para CDMX o Monterrey, de preferencia. El objetivo del puesto es atender servicios en campo preventivos, correctivos y por proyecto en la base instalada de la empresa para automatización de procesos. Instalación y soporte de los productos de la empresa. Responsabilidades Servicio técnico, comisionamiento, diagnóstico y solución de problemas. Cumplir o exceder las expectativas previamente acordadas con el cliente de acuerdo con los principios de la empresa (Preparación–Ejecución–Entrega). Asesoría en montaje eléctrico y mecánico. Realizar las conexiones eléctricas de los equipos de la empresa. Configuración y parametrizaje de los productos de la empresa mediante medios físicos y remotos. Medidores de flujo y analizadores de gases. Informes de servicio a clientes digitales / escritos. Informes de horas y gastos de viaje en tiempo y forma. Uso de CRM para tareas, actividades, etc. Requerimientos Licenciatura en Mecatrónica, Mecánica–eléctrica, Electrónica, Automatización o Robótica. Maestría: Deseable en cualquier especialidad. 3 años de experiencia en servicio técnico y/o en campo. Inglés avanzado. Conocimiento en análisis de gases. Conocimiento sobre instrumentación industrial (presión, temperatura, flujo, etc.) o servicio de equipo industrial. Información adicional Sueldo bruto: $41,000 al mes. Superiores a Ley y al mercado: aguinaldo 30 días, seguro de gastos mayores, automóvil, esquema de comisiones mensuales (aprox. 10% del sueldo bruto), bono anual, etc. EVP: Oportunidad de desarrollar una trayectoria global, laborando en una empresa con excelente cultura organizacional y con enfoque hacia el de cuidado de la gente.
