While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.Note: If you\'re hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :)We are looking for a Junior Paid Ads Specialist to support the execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on cost efficiency, CRM management, and client account support. This role is ideal for someone with around 3 years of experience who is comfortable handling day-to-day paid media tasks and working closely with clients.This position is execution-driven and hands-on, focused on maintaining performance, managing budgets, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly. Responsibilities Execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts Monitor budgets, performance, and efficiency, making adjustments as needed Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts regarding paid ads performance Implement campaign changes based on client goals and internal guidelines Track results and report on core KPIs Manage workflows, reporting, and account information within a CRM (GoHighLevel preferred) Ensure campaigns follow defined processes and timelines Support internal teams with campaign-related tasks as needed Required Skills & Experience 1 - 2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing Hands-on experience with Google Ads (required) Strong experience using CRM platforms (required); GoHighLevel preferred Experience handling multiple accounts and client communication Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Comfortable working independently and managing priorities Nice to Have Experience working in an agency or with multiple clients Strong attention to budget control and performance metrics Experience supporting account growth and long-term client relationships ScheduleMonday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST CompensationContractor model - 1500 USD / monthly.
