Tu Reto Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones backend seguras, eficientes y escalables en un entorno de microservicios, utilizando servicios de AWS y prácticas modernas de desarrollo. Responsable de crear y optimizar APIs de alto rendimiento para entornos de alta carga, garantizando el acceso ágil y seguro a los datos a través de endpoints intuitivos. ¿Qué buscamos? Licenciatura o ingeniería en Sistemas de Información o afín. 6+ años de experiencia como desarrollador de software con foco en sistemas distribuidos escalables. Experiencia en Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) y JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript). Sólidos conocimientos de servicios de AWS y mejores prácticas en arquitectura en la nube. Amplia experiencia en diseño de bases de datos, ajuste de rendimiento y optimización (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). Sólido entendimiento de principios de diseño de APIs, autenticación (OAuth, JWT) y mejores prácticas de seguridad. Experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes e Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, CloudFormation). Fuerte experiencia en pipelines de CI/CD utilizando GitHub Actions, GitLab CI o herramientas similares. Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alta carga y misión crítica (experiencia en fintech o plataformas a gran escala es un plus). Responsabilidades Diseñar y desarrollar arquitecturas de microservicios escalables, resilientes y de alto rendimiento. Aprovechar los servicios de AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.) para construir aplicaciones nativas en la nube. Implementar y optimizar APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) con un enfoque en el rendimiento y la seguridad. Trabajar con bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL, MySQL) y NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), asegurando un rendimiento y escalabilidad óptimos. Diseñar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD para agilizar el despliegue y la automatización. Aplicar las mejores prácticas en fiabilidad de sistemas, observabilidad y monitoreo para garantizar alta disponibilidad. Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales (producto, diseño, DevOps) para entregar soluciones de alta calidad. Liderar discusiones técnicas y orientar a ingenieros junior. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
