As we continue to expand, we are seeking a self-starter who is eager to learn, pays close attention to detail, and has a genuine interest in our industry.Please note: this position is open only to candidates currently residing in Querétaro, Mexico. While relocation is not offered, we are specifically seeking local talent as the role needs to be filled immediately.Role Overview:As a 3D Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our Global Marketing team to create high-quality visual solutions. Your role involves bringing designs to life and supporting marketing efforts by visualizing architectural products and graphic animated proposals.You will report directly to our Global Marketing CoordinatorRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of professional B2B experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency with Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3Ds Max (CAD conversion), and video editing in NLE (Premiere or DaVinci)Expertise in rigging, texturing, animation, lighting, modeling, and model optimizationStrong knowledge of VFX techniques and applicationsExperience with file conversion (FBX, OBJ, USD, STEP, STL)Proficiency in compositing with After Effects or Fusion (DaVinci Resolve)Ability to recreate environments using projection mappingStrong grasp of technical concepts and ability to quickly learn new technologiesExperience with motion graphics and video editingProficient with Adobe Creative Cloud suiteA strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skillsFamiliarity with WordPressKnowledge of 3D software and rendering enginesMain Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for the creation and development of graphic, printed, and digital materialsConceptualization and graphic animated proposalsPreparation of digital communication materials. (Email marketing, banners, landing pages, newsletters, etc.)Website DevelopmentCreation of art for different materialsDesign for Advertising campaignsVideo editionWork as a team member in the cross-functional team on brand-specific initiativesYour Skills & Expertise:Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional team membersStrong drive, proactivity, and willingness to learn and contributeExperience in the technology industry or B2B companiesProactive and a problem solverTeam Player and an excellent communicatorHas attention to detail and is client-oriented, coming up with solutions that fulfill users' and drivers’ needsOrganizedCreativeFlexible and self-guided, knows how to act in a constantly changing environmentGeneral Information:Work Modality: Onsite.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.Benefits: According to the Mexican law.We offer a starting salary of $18,000 MXN per month, open to negotiation based on experience.
