Our core focus is simplifying the complexities of international back‑office setup for our clients. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role you will be assigned to an important luxury real‑estate company based in California, USA, and will be instrumental in managing their tax and regulatory compliance to ensure they meet all obligations. The Tax Manager will handle complex tax returns and advise the client on financial decisions related to taxes, ensuring compliance with federal, state (California), and local tax laws and helping the client reduce their tax liabilities. Responsibilities Manage tax, accounting, and statutory compliance for the client (U.S. company based in California). Monitor the company’s transfer pricing policy and prepare relevant documentation. Implement accounting-to-tax reconciliation processes. Support tax and financial audits at local levels (USA, California). Compile consolidated tax return workpapers from segment‑prepared tax packages and prepare consolidated federal tax returns and disclosures. Coordinate with production accountants, estimators, finance, and legal teams on all tax and incentive matters facing our productions. Perform tax account reconciliations and effective tax rate reconciliations, and conduct analysis of income tax amounts, including preparation of tax‑related journal entries. Prepare book‑tax adjustments for certain adjustments. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Requirements Knowledge of corporate tax requirements and U.S. GAAP. Experience with projects. Knowledge of accounting systems. Deep understanding of California tax laws and regulations pertaining to real‑estate transactions and property taxes. Experience in tax accounting, specifically within the luxury real‑estate sector. Benefits Permanent contract offered. Full salary.
