Job Overview Oliver Wyman seeks a Lead Designer to join our growing Creative Studio in Mexico City. The role combines hands‑on design excellence with team leadership, delivering high‑profile global projects – campaigns, reports, branding and digital assets – while managing and mentoring a team of designers. This is a hybrid position requiring work in the Mexico City office at least two days per week. Responsibilities Lead by example – produce and oversee outstanding creative work across editorial layouts, campaigns, social content, internal communications, and reports. Mentor and manage a team of designers, providing coaching, feedback and professional development. Translate complex content into engaging visual stories, applying strong design systems, hierarchy and brand thinking. Partner with Art Directors and Design Directors to ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all outputs. Present work with clarity and confidence, articulating design rationale to clients and collaborators. Integrate AI tools into daily design workflows, exploring smarter, faster, and more innovative ways of working. Contribute to team culture, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, high‑performing environment. Qualifications Strong portfolio of multi‑format design work, including editorial, brand, campaign and digital projects. Experience leading and mentoring design teams in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced visual design skills – layout, typography, composition and brand systems. Strategic thinking and ability to align creative work with business goals. Excellent time management – able to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Experience using AI tools in concept development, design production or workflow optimization. English proficiency is required; CVs should be submitted in English.
