Job Description This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross‑functional product environments and enjoys improving functionality, usability, and visual consistency across platforms. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and development team to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for end users. Responsibilities Audit and improve the existing product’s user experience and interface. Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user journeys across desktop and mobile. Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using tools like Figma. Collaborate with the Product Manager and development team to align on product goals and execution. Optimize UX for reduced support tickets, higher conversion, and user satisfaction. Assist in defining and implementing cohesive design standards across the platform. Evaluate existing workflows and propose enhancements grounded in usability. Work with cross‑functional teams to support new feature development and rollout. Required Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or web platforms. Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for design and prototyping. Experience working with product managers and developers in agile environments. Ability to conduct usability assessments and implement UX improvements. Solid understanding of responsive and accessible design principles. English proficiency sufficient for collaboration with US‑based teams. Preferred Skills Experience working with offshore development teams. Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple design projects. Familiarity with workforce, edtech, or HR tech platforms is a plus. Knowledge of basic QA/product validation workflowsli> Personality Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong communicator, comfortable working remotely across time zones. Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem‑solving. Comfortable receiving and giving feedback in collaborative settings. Proactive and resourceful—able to own the product experience end‑to‑end. Software & Tools QA and collaboration tools as required. Language Proficiency C2, Native, C1 Schedule 9 - 5 EST Salary and Benefits Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
