Job Title SEO Specialist — Strategic Account Lead Job Modality 100% Remote Employment Type Contractor Industry Digital Marketing / Legal / Medical / Dental About the Client Our client is a digital marketing agency that works with small to medium-sized medical offices, dental practices, and law firms — including personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and employment law firms. About the Role We are looking for a senior‑level, strategic, and performance‑driven SEO Specialist to lead SEO strategy and execution across approximately 20 client accounts in the legal, medical, and dental industries. This contract position carries full responsibility for SEO strategy, implementation, and measurable growth results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute 12‑month SEO strategies for assigned clients Conduct bi‑annual quality assurance reviews across all accounts Lead ongoing client communication and strategy calls Drive client retention and campaign success outcomes Manage client budgets to maximize ROI and profitability Perform competitive research and comprehensive SEO audits Apply prioritization frameworks (impact vs. effort) Test, measure, and refine tactics based on performance data Lead local SEO and link‑building initiatives Track metrics, diagnose blockers, and resolve performance gaps Prepare and present client‑facing reports and presentations Optimize campaigns to meet business and growth goals Document wins and create SEO case studies Manage and mentor SEO specialists and analysts Technical Expertise On‑page, off‑page, and local SEO strategy SEO auditing and performance prioritization frameworks Competitive analysis and opportunity mapping Analytics setup, tracking, and KPI alignment Content strategy (full‑funnel + content clustering) Use of AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow efficiency Strong client relationship management Clear and confident communicator Analytical and data‑driven decision maker Leadership and mentorship mindset Proactive and highly accountable Strategic thinker with attention to execution detail Working Hours 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM EST What We Offer Contract role with strategic leadership ownership Opportunity to lead multi‑industry SEO portfolios Collaboration with an experienced digital marketing team Professional growth through leadership and performance strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
