The ideal candidate has direct experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment for tech roles (especially product and engineering), excels in a remote, fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment, builds exceptional teams, understands people‑operations nuances, and handles sensitive information with discretion and maturity. They are process‑mind, resourceful, and ready to lead with warmth and precision.Responsibilities—what you’ll do:HiringManage the hiring process from start to finish based on Asana template.Ensure process moves forward, nudging internal team.Help develop Job Alignment Tool, Job Post, interview questions and skills tests.Post jobs on Workable, necessary job boards, and internal website.Review applications, build and maintain Workable pipeline.Handle initial screening interviews.Schedule and manage future interviews, equip managers and stakeholders.Ensure scorecards are completed after each interview.Coordinate and prepare job offers.Keep candidates warm and send fast, respectful rejections.OnboardingManage the onboarding process from start to finish based on Asana template.Ensure process moves forward, nudging internal team.Set up software and new user access.Work with internal team to develop training program and schedule training meetings.Conduct internal training meetings.Coordinate welcome, buddy assignment, and first‑week agenda.People OpsHelp manage the annual team evaluation process in collaboration with CFO based on Asana template.Ensure process moves forward, nudging internal team.Run evaluation cycle logistics in Asana.Nudge to on‑time completion.Setup Notion pages for evaluations (self and manager).Help facilitate the team compensation review process using Asana template and spreadsheets.Help with ongoing team feedback loops (potential surveys, etc.).Administration & CultureSupport planning for team off‑sites.Help develop and manage new org policies.Assist with org compliance around employment.Assist with benefits selection and administration (if relevant).Requirements:Alignment with time zone +/‑ 1 hour from ET.Direct experience in recruitment for tech roles (product management & engineering).Managed process, reviewed applications, interviewed candidates, worked on behalf of other departments.Maturity in handling salary visibility without frustration.Strong experience using applicant tracking systems (ideally Workable).Experience with US employers.Fully fluent in English.Skilled in using apps and technology.Ability to commit long‑term and full‑time.Serious, career‑oriented candidate.Like‑To‑Haves:Deep experience hiring software engineers.Built skills tests and interview rubrics.Structured interviews and scorecards.Managed evaluation process.Experienced optimizing a remote org / building strong culture remotely.Experience with event planning and management.Experience working in a startup environment.Capacity to do it.Bias to action.Emotionally secure and ego‑free handling salary disparities.Naturally warm, approachable, builds trust quickly.Loves details, will stress without to‑do lists/process.Self‑directed with strong independent work ethic.Comfortable with minimal supervision and feedback; async communication.Scrappy, resourceful, thrives in ambiguity.Finds deep fulfillment in enabling others’ success.Unquestionably ethical and discreet with sensitive information.Genuinely interested in tech/software/AI.Resilient to rejection and maintains optimism.Strong judgment and instincts in assessing senior talent.What we offer:Best salaries in the industry.Permanent ability to work from anywhere in the world.Opportunities for growth and advancement.A fast‑paced and collaborative environment.Warm and friendly company culture.Full benefits.Unlimited paid time off (paid sick and vacation leaves).Annual bonuses based on performance.Monthly tech allowance.Opportunity to be paid in your currency of choice.This is a full‑time and long‑term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients.All roles at Persona are 100% work‑from‑anywhere.
