Financial Management Expert We are seeking a seasoned Financial Management expert to lead our finance function in Latam. This key position will be part of the Global Accounting & Control organization and will be responsible for implementing effective business processes that enhance Shared Service Centers. Responsibilities Manage and lead the Accounting and Controlling function, ensuring consistent and efficient operations across all areas. Provide primary coordination for activities between Finance, Accounting, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, SSC, AP, AR departments. Offer timely financial support to Business Finance through advice and accurate reporting. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures by overseeing internal control environments. The successful candidate must possess Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, along with 7-10 years of experience leading finance functions. Qualifications Experience handling accounting in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile markets is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
