Overview As a Laboratory Manager, you will ensure control of laboratory processes through management of technicians, guaranteeing compliance in additions, inventories, and consumptions, and the attention and follow-up of failures and the correct execution of weekend maintenance activities. You will be located at our Querétaro Plant, and report directly to our Quality Coordinator. Main Responsibilities Manage the operational process to ensure execution. Comply with EHS guidelines and established programs. Ensure compliance with customer requirements according to IATF standards. Achieve internal goals related to efficient material usage, cost reduction, and responsible water usage. Verify that the production line operates. Follow up and ensure resolution of incidents reported by the Production or Quality areas. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Industrial Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Coat processes. Knowledge: E-Coat processes. Material and substrate pretreatment (preferably in phosphating, degreasers, and conditioners).
