As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you’ll help shape how we do that — by streamlining processes, solving challenges with clarity, and modeling the kind of service mindset that brings our internal customer experience to the next level.You’ll collaborate across functions, lead with purpose, and drive continuous improvements that reflect our values — from keeping it simple to raising the bar.What you'll doOwn and continuously improve People Operations processes spanning the full employee lifecycleonboarding, mobility, offboardingmaking them scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with our business needs;Lead cross-functional projects and OKRs focused on process optimization, documentation, and driving long-term efficiency improvements;Partner strategically with internal teams and stakeholders to advise on complex cases, share best practices, and provide data-driven insights;Serve as the escalation point and main contact for external vendors (e.g., relocation, immigration), ensuring accountability and service excellence;Champion a customer-first mindset in everything you do, raising standards for internal service delivery and employee satisfaction;Mentor junior team members, nurturing a collaborative culture that values knowledge sharing, constructive feedback, and continuous growth;Embrace our company values daily: keep communication clear and simple, drive decisions with bias for action, foster honest conversations, and continuously raise the bar in your work;Stay curious about emerging HR technology and AI, bringing an openness to piloting innovative tools that can streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.Who you are3+ years of HR Operations or People Ops experience, ideally in global or regional roles managing employee lifecycle processes end to end;Proven ability to work independently with strong prioritization skills, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution;Track record of leading cross-functional collaboration, managing projects, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels;Deep passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience through streamlined, scalable People Operations;A strong interest in the HR field — you stay up to date on industry trends, evolving practices, and regulatory developments, and use that knowledge to bring fresh ideas to the table;Curiosity and openness toward HR technology and AI, with a desire to explore new tools and automation opportunities;Familiarity with HRIS tools such as BambooHR (experience with other HR systems is also welcome), as well as a good understanding of global mobility and labor law considerations across North America and LATAM, is highly desirable;Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures and organizational levels;Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, commuting to the Mexico City office at least twice per week.How You WorkYou lead with ownership and initiative, proactively finding and fixing problems without waiting to be told.You’re naturally curious and always looking for ways to raise the bar—whether by improving processes, exploring new trends, or suggesting smarter ways of working.You navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with calm, focus, and flexibility.You communicate clearly and confidently, tell it like it is, fostering strong collaboration across teams and functions.If you’re passionate about elevating People Operations, creating seamless experiences for employees, and contributing to a high-performing global team, we want to hear from you.Loud and busy sometimes but always friendly, helpful, and super fun.
