The main systems include palletizing robots, laser‑guided vehicles, robotic stretch wrappers, labelers and automated high‑density warehouses. The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by the SM.I.LE80 software platform (Smart Integrated Logistics), which ensures efficient system integration and optimizes the management of all operations—from the entry of raw materials, through storage, to shipping. Responsibilities Design and code applications following specifications and using various software languages, such as C#, Visual Basic, SQL and PLC languages (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Beckhoff, HMIs, etc.) Design and develop software on existing equipment and systems such as LGV systems, palletizers, WMS, etc. Maintain and modify existing applications independently or in collaboration with senior staff in the field. Perform integration of software with existing systems. Create and develop software simulation and modeling. Customize existing applications and develop new deployable applications. Diagnose problems and install upgrades on existing equipment and systems used in customers’ automated material‑handling systems. Ensure optimal performance of equipment on site. Attend periodic on‑site meetings to develop strategies for improving equipment utilization. Exercise diplomacy in resolving conflicting customer performance expectations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Degree in Computer, Software Engineering or related field. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical staff or customer members. Ability to interface well with professional service staff and non‑technical members of the organization or customer team. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. Knowledge related to the area in which analysis and coding is performed. Based in the Monterrey area. Home office 20% monthly. What's In It For You Permanent contract. Full time.
