The role combines operational leadership, staff management, administrative control, and guest experience supervision, while always promoting the company’s service culture and the Golden Rule. What You Will Do Ensure every guest receives professional, courteous, warm, and efficient service at all times. Handle guest complaints and negative feedback through glitches, ensuring proper resolution and timely follow‑up. Lead, motivate, and coordinate assigned staff to ensure smooth operations. Implement and follow up on development programs related to service standards, products, and hotel policies. Prepare daily operational reports and submit end‑of‑shift documentation (voided checks, house charges, Micros reports, cash envelopes, etc). Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. What You Bring Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication with guests and team members. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Leadership role. At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale a strong asset. Proficient in using computer systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) technology, including MICROS. High school diploma or equivalent education required. Physically capable of standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions such as heat, humidity, and sun exposure.
