En beonit colaboramos con un grupo empresarial mexicano de referencia, con operaciones diversificadas y un fuerte enfoque tecnológico. Para su área de Tecnologías de la Información, buscamos incorporar a un/a IT Project Manager (Mid-level) que actúe como puente entre negocio y tecnología, aportando estructura, visión y capacidad de ejecución en entornos complejos.Si tienes experiencia liderando proyectos TI, te motiva coordinar distintos stakeholders y buscas un rol con impacto transversal en la organización, este proyecto puede ser para ti.¿Cuál será tu misión?Identificar necesidades tecnológicas del negocio, definir soluciones viables y coordinar su implementación, asegurando que los proyectos cumplan objetivos de alcance, tiempo y valor.Principales responsabilidades:Analizar requerimientos de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones tecnológicas.Gestionar simultáneamente proyectos de TI, coordinando usuarios y proveedores externosDar seguimiento a avances, riesgos y desviaciones.Evaluar alternativas técnicas y recomendar la mejor opción según costo, alcance y tiempos.Asegurar el cumplimiento de cronogramas y objetivos definidos.Proponer mejoras y automatizaciones para optimizar procesos.Requisitos clave:Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Informática, Sistemas o carrera afín (Título y Cédula).Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en gestión e implementación de proyectos TI.Conocimiento de COBIT, ITIL e ISO.Experiencia con ERP y herramientas como Intellis o Workday.Conocimiento general de infraestructura de redes y sistemas.Inglés técnico (intermedio–avanzado).Experiencia en entornos corporativos de alto dinamismo.Condiciones:📍 Ciudad de México🏢 Modalidad presencial🕘 L–V | 9:00 a 18:00🎁 Prestaciones: seguro de vida, comedor, vales de despensa, fondo de ahorro 13%, bono trimestral, transporte, capacitación y descuentos corporativos.
