KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – SEGURIDAD INTEGRAL (B2B) Área: Gestión Comercial Propósito del rol Desarrollar, gestionar y hacer crecer cuentas estratégicas en soluciones de seguridad integral, actuando como socio comercial del cliente, con un enfoque consultivo, seguimiento postventa de alto nivel y generación constante de nuevas oportunidades de negocio. ¿Qué harás en este puesto? Administrar y fortalecer relaciones de largo plazo con clientes clave del sector corporativo. Detectar necesidades de seguridad (física y tecnológica) y proponer soluciones integrales de alto valor. Dar seguimiento comercial y operativo a cuentas, contratos y niveles de satisfacción del cliente. Coordinar la correcta implementación y postventa de servicios y equipos de seguridad. Liderar renovaciones de contratos, ampliaciones de servicio y negociaciones comerciales. Prospectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en campo y medios digitales. Elaborar reportes de gestión, pipeline comercial y resultados de ventas. Perfil que buscamos Experiencia comprobable en ventas consultivas B2B, gestión de cuentas clave o desarrollo de negocios. Preferente experiencia en seguridad privada, seguridad integral, servicios especializados o tecnología. Habilidad para construir relaciones estratégicas y cerrar negociaciones de alto valor. Alta orientación a resultados, servicio al cliente y seguimiento postventa. Licencia de conducir vigente y vehículo propio.
