As aQA & UX Testerat our company, we expect you to be responsible for: Test all features of the digital gaming platform for functionality, accuracy, and usability across devices and browsers. Conduct regular testing of the Sportsbook section, ensuring correct interface behavior, data accuracy, and real-time responsiveness. Monitor load times, system responsiveness, and overall user experience to identify performance issues. Perform QA/UX testing tasks at least four (4) times per week. Test new promotions (bonuses, free spins, etc.) and provide detailed reports on any issues found. Execute end-to-end testing of deposit and withdrawal processes for accuracy, security, and compliance. Deliver weekly test reports, including bug documentation with screenshots or videos and recommendations for improvement. Requirements Experience in QA testing or UX evaluation, ideally in online gaming or digital platforms. Ability to test functionality, usability, and performance across different devices and browsers. Strong attention to detail for spotting bugs, errors, and usability issues. Good communication skills for clear reporting of findings. Ability to work independently and follow a regular testing schedule. Familiarity with online transaction processes (deposits, withdrawals) is a plus. Basic understanding of casino and sportsbook platforms is a bonus.
