Job Description Supplier Quality Development Is responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet quality standards and regulatory requirements by developing and implementing quality assurance processes and conducting supplier evaluations Main Tasks Executing the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers to ensure they meet the organization's quality standards and requirements Developing and implementing improvement plans for suppliers with performance issues, providing guidance and support to enhance their quality processes Executing the follow up on supplier escalations, coordinating with relevant teams to address issues and ensure timely resolution Creating and maintaining tools and resources to support supplier quality management, including quality assessment templates and performance tracking systems Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain Skills Risk Management Continuous Improvement Supplier Relationship Management Supply Chain Management Data Analysis Regulatory Compliance Cross-Functional Understanding Documentation Supplier Quality Assessment Quality Assurance Minimum Educational Requirement Master's Degree or Comparable Qualification en Economic Sciences, Business Economics o Related fields Job Requirements (Experience, Skills) Five years of related professional experience Advanced English Valid Passport and Visa Availability to travel Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949- ISO 14000. Specific customer requirements ( AIAG, APQP , PPAP, VDA, Core tools ANPQP, SOP , etc. ) Statistical tools. Knowledge of production processes Knowledge of process and quality systems auditing Problem-solving tools Organizational requirements in aspects of MMS and Security #J-18808-Ljbffr
