As the go‑to market expert, you will drive local margin growth by leveraging our global partner ecosystem and connecting internal teams. What you’ll do Be the eyes and ears of the market, driving deeper proactive relations with a selection of local strategic partners. Drive partner recommendations and referrals that lead to new business wins. Build powerful relationships with Adyen’s sales, marketing, SDRs and account management teams to drive collective success. Initiate and develop commercial relationships with a variety of partners – top local market leaders, supporting SI ecosystem networks and key pillar enablers. Orchestrate the wider partnership team and resources to drive maximum local impact. Attend partner events to promote Adyen’s solutions; some partnership work occurs outside typical working hours. Enable and excite partners about our joint value proposition, acting as the chosen nominee. Participate in an inspiring and collaborative team environment with open communication/feedback culture. Work closely with Marketing teams to build best‑in‑class GTM activities and deliver strong ROI. Serve as an ambassador for the new Partner Program, ensuring partners understand the rewards. Support the evolving strategy of Country Enablement, adapting to new verticals and changing partnership landscapes. Qualifications You are a born networker with high energy, a self‑starter with a hands‑on mentality and a commercial edge with an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a track record of dealing with complex technical integrations and management. In‑depth knowledge of the local market and ability to devise innovative ways to achieve country goals and ambitions. Winning mentality, team player, proven commercial results, and ability to build long‑term relationships. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills. At least 5 years of experience in a commercial/business development role. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes working outside typical working hours. Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish. Experience working as part of a global team. Ability to balance strategic thinking with world‑class execution. Location & Travel This role is based out of our Mexico office. We are an office‑first company and value in‑person collaboration; we do not offer remote‑only roles.
