About the Role This role is ideal for a developer who loves clean UI, best practices, performance optimization, and building products users genuinely enjoy interacting with. What you'll do Build and maintain highly performant, responsive web interfaces using React and/or Next.js. Implement reusable components, state management, and modular frontend architecture. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to shape product features, UX flows, and platform improvements. Contribute to code reviews, engineering discussions, and collaborative decision-making. Advocate for accessibility, scalability, testing, and clean code across the frontend stack. What we're looking for 4+ years of experience in frontend development. Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar). Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs. Strong UI/UX sensibility — attention to detail in design implementation. Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in an agile environment. Nice-to-Have Experience with Next.js or other meta-frameworks. Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright). Experience with component libraries / design systems (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind). Experience with CI/CD or cloud deployments.
