En Banregio buscamos una Gerencia de Machine Learning que lidere el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de modelos predictivos enfocados en riesgo crediticio, colaborando estrechamente con las áreas de Riesgos, Negocio y Tecnología para generar impacto directo en la toma de decisiones estratégicas del banco.Esta posición es clave para asegurar que los modelos de Machine Learning sean precisos, escalables, monitoreables y alineados a los objetivos del negocio.Responsabilidades principalesLiderar el ciclo de vida completo de modelos de Machine Learning, desde el análisis de datos y modelado hasta la implementación y monitoreo.Desarrollar y mantener modelos predictivos de riesgo crediticio utilizando Python, SQL y servicios en la nube (AWS).Diseñar e implementar esquemas de monitoreo y control del desempeño de los modelos, asegurando su precisión y estabilidad.Colaborar con equipos de Riesgos, Negocio y Tecnología para alinear las soluciones de IA con los objetivos estratégicos de la institución.Asegurar buenas prácticas de gobierno de modelos, documentación y mejora continua.Licenciatura o posgrado en Ciencia de Datos, Matemáticas, Ciencias Computacionales, Actuaría, Ingeniería o carrera afín.Más de 3 años de experiencia programando en Python.Conocimientos sólidos en SQL y manejo de bases de datos.Experiencia en desarrollo de modelos de Machine Learning.Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de modelos y su implementación en producción.Deseable: experiencia en modelos de riesgo crediticio o en el sector financiero.Participación en proyectos de alto impacto estratégico.Ambiente laboral inclusivo y colaborativo.Esquema de trabajo híbrido.Prestaciones competitivas."Banregio es una empresa que impulsa los espacios laborales inclusivos donde se respeta a todas las personas sin distinción de edad, sexo, género, raza, religión, orientación sexual, identidad, expresión de género, estatus social o discapacidad".Crear una alerta de empleo para esta búsqueda #J-18808-Ljbffr
