Company Overview A leading industrial company, part of a global group recognized for its cutting‑edge technologies and materials shaping the mobility solutions of tomorrow, is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial strategy and performance across its operations in Mexico and North America. This is a unique opportunity to join an organization undergoing transformation, innovation, and expansion across one of the world's most dynamic automotive and industrial regions. Reporting & Core Responsibilities Reporting to the Regional CEO and functionally to the Group CFO, steer the financial governance of multiple sites in Mexico and the U. Ensure alignment with the global vision while delivering profitable, sustainable growth at the regional level. Act as a business co‑pilot, closely supporting operations, industrial management, and commercial teams to drive both efficiency and strategic foresight in a highly competitive market. Take full responsibility for the scope of financial management—accounting, controlling, taxation, treasury, and compliance—while leading initiatives to enhance transparency, streamline processes, and embed financial discipline across diverse entities. Manage and optimize working capital, ensure reliable performance forecasts, and contribute directly to investment decisions that secure the region's industrial future. Act as a bridge between global management and local realities, balancing ambition with pragmatism, ensuring each business unit contributes effectively to the Group's international success. Qualifications Accomplished finance executive with broad experience in manufacturing or the automotive sector, ideally within a multinational environment operating across Mexico and the U. Strong technical expertise in finance (US GAAP, IFRS, local tax and compliance requirements). Leadership style rooted in collaboration, accountability, and performance. Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to navigate cultures and build rapport with global stakeholders and local teams.
