We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies and fashion brands to integrate our technology with their order management systems and fulfill the order end‑to‑end with independent workers who pick, pack and deliver from the retailer's asset (store, warehouse, dark stores, etc.) to the final customer. In addition, we can modularize our tech given the retailer's needs to provide only in‑store services (stocking, demos) and last mile services (express, same day, next day). We have achieved aggressive growth in 5 years operating in 6 countries: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica and completing over 8 million jobs. Today we serve 80 customers and have daily jobs available in over 20,000 store locations in more than 100 cities. We're looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for building new and different projects. This is a rare opportunity in Latin America to work with a well‑funded startup with exponential growth. Our founders are Harvard Business School graduates with deep consumer expertise at Walmart and P&G across Latin America, India, China and Africa. We have a fantastic opportunity for the Chief of Staff that will work directly with the co‑CEO/co‑Founder. What Will You Do Complementing the lead in collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of a meeting focused Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance Providing tactical support to implement ideas Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals Responding to inquiries on behalf of the Chief Executive Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes Providing Chief Executive and other senior leaders with insight and analysis on the company's operations Assessing risk when business decisions are made Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshops Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization What Will You Bring 2-7 years of experience in: Investment banking and/or modeling/financial analysis expertise Consulting Soft skills: Emotional intelligence Unilateral leadership skills Proven experience translating data and metrics to action Critical thinking Stellar communication and presentation skills High business ethics Outstanding project management Acute sense of tact Adaptability Compassion and foresight What We Offer Competitive Salary Plenty of time to refresh and regenerate: vacation, holidays and floating days Fast track development when goals are met Great training environment and mentorship by Harvard graduates Opportunity to work with an amazing team to build a platform that helps people find a foothold in the digital world #J-18808-Ljbffr
