Liderar la estrategia de relaciones públicas de la empresa para fortalecer la imagen institucional, posicionar a los atletas y proyectos de la agencia en medios clave, y generar valor de marca. Integrar la comunicación externa con objetivos de mercadotecnia y ventas, contribuyendo al crecimiento comercial y la atracción de nuevos patrocinadores, socios estratégicos y clientes. Responsabilidades principales Diseñar e implementar el plan estratégico de relaciones públicas alineado con los objetivos de marketing y ventas de la organización. Gestionar la relación con medios de comunicación, periodistas, influencers y stakeholders del ámbito deportivo, empresarial y gubernamental. Generar y difundir contenido relevante (comunicados, entrevistas, artículos, columnas, boletines) para posicionar a la empresa como referente en la industria. Apoyar campañas de marketing con enfoque en el storytelling de atletas, eventos o proyectos, optimizando su impacto mediático y comercial. Identificar oportunidades de visibilidad estratégica (eventos, foros, premiaciones, etc.) para elevar el prestigio institucional. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para facilitar relaciones con potenciales patrocinadores y marcas aliadas. Monitorear la percepción pública de la marca y gestionar posibles crisis de reputación. Supervisar agencias externas de comunicación y coordinar esfuerzos con otras áreas internas (comercial, marketing, legal, deportiva). Medir KPIs clave: cobertura mediática, engagement, conversión a leads comerciales, valor de exposición mediática, entre otros. Requisitos Académicos Licenciatura en Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Mercadotecnia, Periodismo o afín. Deseable: Maestría en Comunicación Estratégica, Dirección Comercial o Marketing Deportivo. Experiencia Mínimo 7 años en posiciones similares, con al menos 3 liderando equipos. Experiencia comprobada en gestión de relaciones públicas en empresas del ámbito deportivo, entretenimiento, lifestyle o consumo. Experiencia trabajando con marcas, patrocinadores y medios nacionales e internacionales. Conocimientos técnicos Estrategias de comunicación y relaciones públicas. Marketing deportivo y comercialización de figuras públicas. Gestión de medios, redes sociales, y reputación de marca. Desarrollo de pitch comercial con enfoque mediático. Inglés avanzado (deseable bilingüe). Habilidades Pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados. Capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo multidisciplinario. Excelente comunicación oral y escrita. Alta capacidad de networking y relacionamiento. Gestión de crisis y negociación. Indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) Incremento en la cobertura mediática positiva de la marca y atletas. Participación activa en eventos de alto perfil. Generación de leads comerciales vinculados a esfuerzos de RP. Valor económico estimado de exposición en medios (AVE).
