Payments Commercialization Vice PresidentYou will be integral part of Mexico’s Treasury Services Product Leadership team, defining and steering Mexico Payments Product and Commercial strategy. Leveraging a strategic mindset and knowledge of best practices in cash and liquidity management, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the payments organization to define solutions that meet client organizational set ups and strategic objectives.Location: Mexico City. Reports to the Head of Mexico Treasury Services Product and has functional accountability to the Payments Head of Commercialization for Latin America.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine Mexico Payments Commercialization strategy and leverage a data‑driven approach to generate insights and drive business growthLead commercialization strategy maintaining a coherent fee and billing strategyDrive adoption of recently launched products and solutions and provide post‑launch feedbackSupport commercial partnership management, ensuring partnerships get commercial traction and maintain a sound operating modelSupport product development roadmap, combining deep understanding of market needs and product capabilitiesStay abreast of market developments and innovation to ensure the right positioning and product portfolioPartner with Sales Team on pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge through training and high‑quality marketing materialsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in banking, finance or consultingExtensive experience developing go‑to‑market strategyExperience solving complex problems and dealing with ambiguityInquisitive nature with advanced problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilitiesAnalytical skills and attention to detailAbility to learn the technical and operational aspects of the clearing products quicklyTeam player and capable of building relationships with key business partnersFluent in English and SpanishEqual Opportunity EmployerWe recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
