As the AI Growth Manager Lead for LATAM, you will drive enterprise growth, lead strategic partnerships, and guide regional organizations through their AI transformation journey. This is a senior, high-impact role blending business development leadership, consultative solution design, and market strategy. You will engage directly with C-level executives, regional partners, and internal AI experts to identify, structure, and execute transformative initiatives that redefine how LATAM enterprises leverage agentic AI. What You'll Own Strategic Growth & Market Expansion Lead RapidCanvas' enterprise growth strategy in the LATAM region, owning new client acquisition, revenue growth, and market development. Design and execute localized go-to-market strategies across key industries such as financial services, energy, retail, and manufacturing. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through regional networking, partnerships, and executive-level engagement. Establish RapidCanvas as the AI transformation partner of choice in the region through thought leadership and strategic ecosystem alliances. Enterprise Relationship Leadership Build deep relationships with C-level executives across Latin America, positioning RapidCanvas as a trusted advisor in AI adoption. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes and long enterprise sales cycles (6–9 months). Partner with client leadership to co-develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned with digital strategies. Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to design tailored AI pilots, proofs-of-concept, and large-scale deployments. Operational Excellence & Enablement Maintain CRM accuracy, forecast reliability, and regional performance reporting. Ensure seamless coordination between LATAM operations and global RapidCanvas teams to deliver a consistent client experience. Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Development Represent RapidCanvas at regional conferences, industry events, and executive forums to position the brand as a LATAM AI thought leader. Develop localized thought leadership content, case studies, and ROI models relevant to the LATAM business landscape. Partner with analysts, accelerators, and innovation hubs to shape market awareness and accelerate adoption. Who You Are & Experience & Expertise 8–10 years of experience in enterprise business development, consulting, or strategic growth preferably in technology, AI, or SaaS sectors. Proven success managing enterprise relationships and complex sales cycles in the LATAM market. Deep understanding of regional business culture, regulatory frameworks, and decision‑making dynamics. Demonstrated ability to drive multi‑million‑dollar growth targets through consultative, solution‑based sales. Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and global time zones in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment. Skills & Attributes Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus). Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value. Strategic and analytical thinker capable of developing region‑specific go‑to‑market and account strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
