Position: Digital Marketer (Full-Time, Remote - LATAM) Location: Remote Hours: Monday to Friday (U. S. business hours) Experience Required: 5+ years in a marketing communications role Industry Focus: Energy, Financial Services, and Private Equity Are you a highly organized and creatively driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team and become the operational and creative backbone of our marketing efforts. In this client‑facing role, you will work closely with firm partners, managing high‑impact creative projects while delivering polished, high‑level service to a select group of clients.
About The Role
You will be the lead point of contact for our clients’ marketing communications needs, supporting everything from social media design and PowerPoint presentations to website updates and vendor management. Your day‑to‑day will involve managing project timelines, designing content, executing digital campaigns, and ensuring no detail is missed. You will optimize internal workflows and bring calm structure to a dynamic and highly professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison for client marketing and communications projects Design and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn), including calendar and budget management Build and manage email campaign content calendars and mailing lists Track and report on campaign performance metrics Manage minor website updates and coordinate major changes with developers Create and update branded PowerPoint templates and presentations Oversee third‑party contractors and ensure quality, timely delivery Maintain organized client files and support internal reporting Schedule meetings, monitor project milestones, and keep partners aligned and informed Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations What You’ll Need To Succeed Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing communications or project management role Experience working in or with professional services firms preferred Familiarity with the energy, financial services, or private equity sectors is highly valuable Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Canva Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and SEO tools is a strong advantage Skilled in managing LinkedIn pages, campaigns, and ad spend Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to provide a white‑glove client service experience Ability to work independently while aligning with a broader team 4‑year college degree required Who You Are You are meticulous, proofread everything, and catch small errors before they become big ones You are a natural problem solver who anticipates needs and stays one step ahead You take pride in your ability to bring structure, polish, and professionalism to everything you touch You are tech‑savvy, fast‑moving, and energized by helping high‑performing teams stay focused This is a full‑time, remote position with U.
