Responsibilities Maintain and improve governance standards, QMS processes, templates, and execution consistency across the delivery team. Perform regular data‑quality checks and monthly compliance audits; identify deviations and support corrective actions. Own the creation, accuracy, and maintenance of portfolio, program, and team dashboards. Define and maintain delivery KPIs and metric dictionaries; validate data completeness and quality. Generate insights on performance, risks, and trends for different management levels. Consolidate portfolio‑wide metrics to support operational reviews and monthly reporting. Provide analytical support for early risk detection, scenario assessment, and QBR preparation. Train and onboard department members on QMS processes, dashboards, tools, and reporting standards. Maintain updated playbooks and procedural documentation for the operations of the Project Management Department. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields. 6+ years in PMO, delivery analytics, or similar data‑driven operational roles within software development. Demonstrable experience with dashboards, metrics modeling, and interpreting delivery KPIs. Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery frameworks. Experience with QMS, governance processes, or continuous‑improvement models. Strong analytical capability to identify trends, deviations, and systemic patterns. Advanced English level. Nice to Have Experience with BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
