What you can look forward to as Health, Safety and Environment Engineer: Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across the plant. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental legislation and company standards. Oversee emergency systems administration and response planning. Implement risk analysis methodologies aligned with ISO 31000. Coordinate preventive measures under CTPAT and loss prevention programs. Support continuous improvement projects related to ergonomics and workplace safety. Drive behavioral-based safety (BBS) initiatives and accident investigation processes. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain certifications (RSCI, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Your Profile as Health, Safety and Environment Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in HSE roles. Strong knowledge of safety and environmental legislation. Hands on experience with expansion facilities projects. Familiarity with emergency systems and risk analysis (ISO 31000). Experience with Metal Working Fluid and ergonomics. Knowledge of accident investigation methodologies (8D) and safety standards.
