At this moment we are seeking:Quality Supplier Development EngineerImplement cross function potential supplier review for new suppliers in the region and periodic review for qualified suppliers according to the application of procurement strategy.Organize and implement monthly supplier evaluation, maintain supplier data information and ensure the integrity and accuracy of supplier information.Issue supplier training plan prepare training courses and organize the implementation of supplier training, transfer teaching experience to relevant subsidiaries and improve their professional teaching ability and skills.Cooperate with suppliers\' procurement strategy, organize and carry out capacity improvement activities for key suppliers, to promote suppliers to make significant progress in quality, cost, technology and service, achieve the purpose of improvement and maintain the improvement results.Provide assistance and support to subsidiaries and other members; Participate in the supplier quality management organized by the factory, help and support the factory to track the solution process and improvement measures of major quality problems of suppliers, and put forward professional guidance schemes and solutions.Promote suppliers to implement system requirements according to IATF 16949, ISO 2400, ISO , and promote suppliers\' continuous improvement in system capability.Regularly summarize and share experiences, optimize processes, constantly learn new ideas, knowledge and tools, guide and train other employees to improve professional skills, and lead team members to solve major technical problems / complete important projects.Reduce the quality cost by optimizing the quality control process.Be responsible for the management of the company\'s relevant procurement documents and the requirements of quality system / safety and environmental system standards, ensure the effective operation of procurement documents, and continuously improve the relevant procedures and applications in procurement documents within the Department.Be responsible for the training and audit of Assistant Procurement Engineer.According to the company\'s development planning and requirements, it is necessary to regularly communicate and exchange with the supplier development team in NA/EU on the process standards, organize the supplier development, on-site process audit, supplier capability improvement, support and audit the development of key parts of relevant subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific Region, and help and coach the SQE team of subsidiaries to improve their capability.Education: More than 2 years of experience in supplier development.Skill: - Excellent written and verbal English skills.Customer Quality EngineerYanfeng Seating is the worldwide leader in automotive seating with more than 33,000 employees in 20 countries.At this moment we are seeking:Visit customers as planned and complete the visit record.Establish unobstructed customer communication channels and timely deliver customer information to the internal.Prepare responsive materials for quality meetings required by customers.Timely communicated with customers about the company\'s quality improvement activities, organized and dealt with customer complaints.Reach agreed quality objectives and quality assurance agreements with customers, and organize the realization of their objectives and requirements.Agree on the return mode of after-sales parts with customers, and organize the return work of after-sales parts.Carried out the analysis work according to the "After-sales return part analysis process", and completed the summary sheet on time.Ensure that customer claims invoices and returns are accounted for clearly.Track the effectiveness of breakpoints for measures that have been executed.Timely deal with customer complaints, ensure to give customer feedback within 24 hours, and maintain good communication and relationship with customersEducation: 3 years or above related working experience in the automotive industryCustomer ServiceKnowledge of BMW / GM requirementsSkills: English advanced, both verbal and written and communication abilityMaster 5 main tools of quality(APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)Familiar with IATF16949 standard of quality systemLocation: #J-18808-Ljbffr
