What You00ll Do (Responsibilities) As the Enablement Program Manager, manage the Revenue Enablement system and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs with multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. Ensure program objectives are met within the allocated budget, timeframe, and quality standards; work with the Revenue Enablement team to achieve objectives. Define program scope and objectives; plan and schedule; manage risks; coordinate activities; monitor and report progress; manage budgets; manage stakeholders; and ensure program quality. Build and manage special projects and net-new enablement programs independently and ensure key initiatives stay on track. Ensure strategies across centers of excellence are consistent and flow through all initiatives. Plan and manage annual Revenue Kickoff Events, including logistics, content development, and attendee experience. Lead Sales President's Club steering committee and work with senior leaders to plan and execute related events; manage logistics, agenda, and content to keep project teams on track, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Plan, manage, and improve monthly Revenue Organization Town Hall meetings; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and relevant information to stakeholders. Lead project execution of Enablement Business Partner Segment-specific initiatives (EBP Plays), including systems training, product training, and process training. Source and roll out large-scale programs involving global sales reps and initiatives such as new tools (e.g., Demostack) and sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger). Manage and facilitate the monthly Enablement Program review meeting to keep Revenue Leadership informed of key initiatives, successes, and challenges. Develop and manage Employee Engagement initiatives to promote engagement and satisfaction (e.g., mentorship programs, recognition programs, scaled certifications). Develop and maintain an activity/outcome scorecard for each project or program and communicate portfolio performance with data-driven insights. What We're Looking For (Qualifications) 6+ years of experience in a sales enablement, leadership, event planning, project/program management, marketing, or communications role at a SaaS or high-growth technology company. Experience as an AE or Account Manager is a plus; ability to work with, present to, and influence executive leadership. Proven ability to incorporate seller feedback into scaled programs; excellent program management and organizational skills. Ability to create strong project plan documentation independent of AI. Demonstrated ability to build and scale net-new programs cross-functionally, end-to-end. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Bachelor0;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master0;s Degree a plus).
