We're looking for a sharp, curious, and ambitious analyst to help shape the future of a global company, you'll be on the front lines of high-impact decisions, including M&A, global market expansion, and capital investment. Your Impact & Responsibilities From day one, you will: Lead & Optimize: Guide multi-disciplinary teams to develop and execute optimization projects for our most critical business processes Drive M&A: Participate in all phases of M&A projects, from target analysis and financial modeling to due diligence Shape Strategy: Co-author the strategic plan and budget for a core business unit, working directly with senior leadership Identify Opportunity: Analyze global business, industry, and market data to spot trends, risks, and new opportunities before our competitors do Evaluate Investments: Review and assess major capital investments (capex) and conduct post-mortem analysis to sharpen our future decisions Why You'll Thrive Here True Global Exposure: You won't just support global projects. You'll work directly with leadership and teams across Mexico, Europe, and Asia Rapid Skill Acceleration: This isn't a "stay in your lane" role. You will gain hands-on M&A, CapEx, and high-level strategy experience A Seat at the Table: Your insights will be presented at the executive level. We're looking for someone who can transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations A Culture of Curiosity: We're a team of fast learners who value adaptability and intellectual curiosity What we're looking for: Experience: 1-2 years in a planning, finance, or data-driven analytical role Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of MS Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint (building compelling, executive-ready presentations) Analytical Mindset: A proven ability to analyze complex databases, synthesize key ideas, and communicate them clearly Collaboration: Experience working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and managing competing priorities Language: Advanced or fluent English, with strong communication skills for a multicultural environment Bonus Points (Preferred): Previous experience in the automotive industry Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with or strong interest in AI and large language models (LLMs)
