Lead Technical Recruiter at DHI Group, Inc.Dice is currently partnering with a call center customer who is looking to hire a Site Systems Administrator on a full‑time, permanent basis. This opportunity must be performed onsite in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico.TitleSite Systems AdministratorPosition DescriptionThe on‑site Site Systems Administrator will provide overall infrastructure support for desktops, peripherals and associated cabling in our Guadalajara MX office, as well as Windows server management at the direction of the Sr Systems Administrator. This position will report to the Sr Systems Administrator and ensure that the computer network can provide required services by supporting the network infrastructure with monitoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution in a production environment.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing and maintaining servers and desktop environments.Assist in administering site desktop network and supporting systems.Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.Assist in configuration management and reporting functions to create a hands‑off environment.Provide after‑hours support for infrastructure site‑related emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.Maintain site inventory and asset configuration documentation.Carry out special tasks at Management's direction.Interact with customers and staff at the technical level as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred; will consider work experience and certifications.Minimum 3+ years’ experience in IT operations.Knowledge of Windows Server (2016‑2022) and desktop operating systems (Win 11).Understanding of LAN/WAN networking.Experience in O365 administration, including user administration, MS SharePoint and Teams administration.Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP experience.Desktop imaging and deployment skills.Ability to troubleshoot network issues.Strong communication and documentation skills.Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.Must be organized and able to manage projects of varying length.Positive, self‑motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.Proficient in English language.Willing to work effectively with all departments and within a team.Experience in a BPO call center IT operations (plus).Other duties as assigned.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesTelephone Call Centers #J-18808-Ljbffr
